Payments

Payments may be made online via the included booking forms using PayPal, debit card or credit card. Payments may also be made using cash on the date of the appointment, however change may not be available. Failure to pay for a an arranged appointment will prohibit the customer from booking further appointments until the balance is paid.

Booking appointments

Bookings may be made using the booking forms on this website, via email (info@samhenderson.fitness) or phone (07847 271 567), via social media, or in person at JD Gyms Dundee. A confirmation email will be sent to the client and personal trainer at the time of booking as an agreement between both parties. If using the booking forms on the website, a period of 12 hours notice must be given before the time of the desired appointment. In certain circumstances, such as last-minute cancellations, the 12-hour notice period will not be required and sessions may be booked via phone, email, social media, or in person.

Rescheduling appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled using the ‘Appointments’ tab on the ‘Account’ page after logging in, or via the same methods available for booking sessions. A period of 12 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide 12 hours notice may result in the full cost of the session being charged to the customer regardless of attendance.

In the event of an appointment being rescheduled by the trainer, the client will not be charged for the session and may be granted a free session if less than 12 hours notice is given.

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled using the ‘Appointments’ tab on the ‘Account’ page after logging in, or via the same methods available for booking sessions. A period of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in the full cost of the session being charged to the customer regardless of attendance.

In the event of an appointment being cancelled by the trainer, the client will not be charged for the session and may be granted a free session if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time using the ‘Subscriptions’ tab on the ‘Account’ page or by contacting the company via email, phone, or social media. Services included with the subscription will continue until 30 days after the last payment.

If a personal training membership is active, one session a week or five sessions a month may be claimed using a provided discount code at checkout. Additional 1-2-1 appointments may be booked at a discount of 20% from the full price using a provided discount code at checkout.

If a ‘Full Coaching’ membership is active, 1-2-1 sessions may be booked at a discount of 20% from the full price using a provided discount code at checkout.
