Since qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2018, I’ve cultivated a diverse client base working with people online and in the gym to push their limits and change their lifestyle for the better. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, strength training or simply taking the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to support you and provide a bespoke, evidence-based approach to training and nutrition.
I’ve been practising strength sports and weight lifting for 7 years and competed in national Powerlifting events pre-lockdown, winning a gold medal for my weight class in Scotland.
